As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, focusing on creating solutions that meet specific business requirements while continuously improving system performance and reliability.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development efforts with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI), Azure SQL Views, Stored Procedures, MS Power BI, ADF Pipelines, SAP S4 HANA.
• Strong skills in data modeling, report creation, and dashboard development using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence.
• Experience in designing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures to support data integration and reporting.
• Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration and automation using Azure Data Factory.
• Ability to work with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP S4 HANA to extract and transform data for business intelligence purposes.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues in business intelligence solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
