Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
• Experience in Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and integration capabilities.
• Ability to design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce declarative and programmatic features.
• Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration processes.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce applications for performance and reliability.
