Job Description

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions, applying modern development practices and frameworks. Your work will involve continuous learning and adapting to evolving project needs while maintaining a focus on quality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve functionality and performance. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Continuously update technical skills and stay informed about industry trends to contribute innovative ideas. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to ensure smooth operation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Automation Anywhere. - Strong knowledge of automation workflows and bot development. - Experience in integrating automation solutions with various enterprise applications. - Familiarity with scripting languages and debugging techniques related to automation. - Ability to optimize automation processes for efficiency and reliability. - Good understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Automation Anywhere. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
