Collaboration and communication are key, as the engineer guides the technical direction and ensures alignment with overall project goals throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development frameworks and technologies.
