Your Role And Responsibilities
- Lead the development, strategy, and governance of the learning curriculum for the telecom account
- Define instructional standards, templates, and methodologies for the design team
- Oversee the end‑to‑end design of courses, learning paths, and certification programs
- Work with operations, training delivery, quality, and client teams to identify learning needs
- Manage instructional designers and eLearning developers, assigning workload and project priorities
- Ensure training content aligns with operational goals, performance gaps, and telecom policies
- Review and approve course designs, storyboards, scripts, and assessments
- Track curriculum performance and recommend improvements using data and learner feedback
- Ensure training meets compliance, regulatory, and brand requirements
- Provide executive‑level updates on curriculum roadmap, progress, and risks

Educational Qualifications Include:

- BA/BS degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field

- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or similar
- Industry certifications (e.g., ATD, CPTD, APTD, curriculum design certifications)
