Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, strategy, and governance of the learning curriculum for the telecom account
  • Define instructional standards, templates, and methodologies for the design team
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end design of courses, learning paths, and certification programs
  • Work with operations, training delivery, quality, and client teams to identify learning needs
  • Manage instructional designers and eLearning developers, assigning workload and project priorities
  • Ensure training content aligns with operational goals, performance gaps, and telecom policies
  • Review and approve course designs, storyboards, scripts, and assessments
  • Track curriculum performance and recommend improvements using data and learner feedback
  • Ensure training meets compliance, regulatory, and brand requirements
  • Provide executive‑level updates on curriculum roadmap, progress, and risks

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Educational Qualifications Include:

Required

  • BA/BS degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field

Preferred

  • Master's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or similar
  • Industry certifications (e.g., ATD, CPTD, APTD, curriculum design certifications)

Job Skills And Behaviors Include

Required Minimum Skills:

  • Strong leadership and project management abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of instructional design methodology (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy)
  • Excellent written communication and content‑development skills
  • Effective interpersonal, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management abilities
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Expert PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with authoring tools
