About the Role
Our client, a non‑profit dedicated to eldercare and community health, is seeking a Curriculum Development Lead to spearhead the design and implementation of sector‑relevant training programs. This role is pivotal in strengthening the Intermediate and Long‑Term Care (ILTC) workforce through evidence‑based, blended learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the curriculum development team in needs analysis, instructional design, and blended learning delivery.
- Drive adoption of standardized curriculum frameworks to ensure training effectiveness and industry alignment.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design SSG and AIC‑funded programmes, ensuring content is tailored, evidence‑based, and sector‑relevant.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to guarantee impactful learning outcomes for diverse ILTC learners.
- Integrate e‑learning, classroom, and workplace modalities into comprehensive blended learning programs.
- Provide specialist guidance to trainers to uphold vocational learning standards across clinical and eldercare disciplines.
Required Competencies
- WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) OR WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) - mandatory.
- Proven experience in developing SSG or AIC‑funded courses.
- Strong track record in curriculum development, instructional design, and blended learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, Education, or related field (clinical background advantageous but not a must).
- Minimum 5 years experience in curriculum/learning design, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Familiarity with curriculum design models, instructional methodologies, and sectoral training practices.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin knowledge of local dialects is a plus for engaging senior learners.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and project management skills.
