Job Description

Design and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
Collaborate with leadership to align cultural initiatives with organizational objectives.
Analyze employee feedback and develop action plans to address areas of improvement.
Organize and oversee internal events that promote team collaboration and morale.
Develop communication plans to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
Support HR in embedding organizational values into daily practices and policies.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of culture and engagement programs.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Culture and Engagement Consultant should have:

A strong background in human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
Proficiency in designing and implementing engagement and culture-building initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Analytical skills to interpret employee feedback and develop actionable insights.
Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement and organizational culture within the insurance industry.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
