Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about services, processes, or policies
Resolve issues promptly and professionally
Maintain records of all interactions and updates
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to supervisors
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
Schedule & Training
Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on company systems, processes, and customer service best practices
Requirements
High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability
Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
