This position is 70% CSR Work + 30% TSR Work

Text, email, and outbound call support for a mobile app

Qualifications:

• Should have strong customer service experience
• Experience in troubleshooting app/software/hardware-related issues
• Can handle outbound/scheduled calls
• Fluent in English with good grammar
• Nice to have: Tier 2 with SaaS experience
