Role Description
As a CSR for our Travel & Hospitality Account, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, reservations, booking concerns, and sales support. You will provide excellent customer service while ensuring accurate and efficient resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to travel bookings and services
- Assist customers with reservations, account concerns, and travel information
- Provide sales support and recommend suitable travel options when needed
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service quality
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate / ALS Graduate
- With at least 6 months BPO International Experience
- For Sales role: at least 6 months Sales Experience (Call Center)
- Experience in CSR, Sales, or Travel account is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite in Pasay
- Amenable to shifting schedules
