Job Description
We are looking for GDS experienced Associate who can provide exceptional travel support and VIP customer service. The role involves managing end-to-end travel arrangements, handling complex itineraries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for corporate clients and executives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage domestic and international travel bookings for corporate clients.
Arrange flights, hotels, car rentals, rail tickets, and other travel-related services.
Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds.
Provide high-level customer service to VIP and corporate travelers.
Utilize GDS to create, modify, and manage reservations.
Ensure compliance with client travel policies and procedures.
Assist travelers with urgent travel concerns, disruptions, and special requests.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers to resolve booking issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of travel transactions.
Qualifications
High School Graduate or higher
At least 1 years of Corporate Travel experience
At least 1 years of VIP Customer Service experience
Preferably with GDS experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
