Job Description

The following are the specific duties and responsibilities of the Technical Support.

Redirecting tickets to other departments

Basic troubleshooting of technical issues

Checking and confirmation of account information

Updating/modifying account credentials

Resetting interviews

Downloading and uploading videos to the Spark Hire platform

Facilitating deadline extensions

Candidate and customer outreach

Providing any needed information about the platform
