In this role, you will manage customer interactions across multiple communication channels including voice, chat, email, SMS, and social media. Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience supporting a retail or e-commerce account
- Minimum of 2 years BPO/customer service experience
- Background in multi channel support including phone, chat, email, and SMS
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving and customer handling abilities
- Willing to work on rotating and shifting schedules
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and professional customer assistance through voice and non-voice channels
- Handle concerns related to orders, deliveries, returns, billing, and product inquiries
- Provide product recommendations and solutions based on customer needs
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve customer experience and processes
- Maintain excellent communication standards aligned with brand expectations
