Job Description

Join a fast-paced and customer-focused support team delivering world-class assistance to global retail and e-commerce customers. In this role, you will manage customer interactions across multiple communication channels including voice, chat, email, SMS, and social media. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer experience and committed to providing efficient, accurate, and personalized support.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience supporting a retail or e-commerce account
  • Minimum of 2 years BPO/customer service experience
  • Background in multi channel support including phone, chat, email, and SMS
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer handling abilities
  • Willing to work on rotating and shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely and professional customer assistance through voice and non-voice channels
  • Handle concerns related to orders, deliveries, returns, billing, and product inquiries
  • Provide product recommendations and solutions based on customer needs
  • Coordinate with internal departments to improve customer experience and processes
  • Maintain excellent communication standards aligned with brand expectations
