Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to mobile, internet, or telecom services.
- Assist customers with billing, plan upgrades, technical issues, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information and ensure first-contact resolution.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.
- Document all customer transactions and updates in the system accurately.
- Follow company protocols and data privacy guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- High School/SHS Graduate: At least 1 year call center experience
- 2nd Year College Undergraduate: At least 6 months call center experience
