Specific Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted guide for physicians
- Handle issues escalated beyond Tier 1
- Lead real-time walkthroughs via video or phone
- Resolve obstacles quickly and clearly
- Reinforce best practices for tool use
- Ensure smooth, low-friction transitions
- Provide strong, ongoing support to boost physician confidence
- Build strong relationships with physicians through trust and support
- Educate doctors on new tools in a calm, clear way
- Solve complex problems with a patient-first mindset
- Communicate effectively and empathetically
- Make every doctor feel heard, supported, and empowered
Education/Experience/Skills Required
- 12 years in client-facing success or support roles (SaaS or healthcare preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication, especially in virtual settings
- Confidence leading one-on-one doctor walkthroughs via video/phone
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience using CRM and ticketing systems to manage customer journeys
Helpful Skills
- Previous success in onboarding or training role
- Understanding of healthcare workflows or AI platforms
- Experience supporting physicians or clinical teams
