Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Rosa City for the position of Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will communicate with customers to provide exceptional support, resolve inquiries, and handle complaints in a professional manner. Responsibilities include responding to customer concerns via phone or digital platforms, managing service requests, providing accurate information about company products and services, and ensuring positive customer experiences. You will also identify opportunities for improvement and address customer needs efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to effectively resolve inquiries and issues
  • Understanding of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience principles to maintain high-quality service
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
  • Previous experience in customer service roles preferred but not required
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational qualification
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
