Job Summary: The Content & Platform Operations Specialist is responsible for reviewing, classifying, and annotating high-volume digital data (text, images, and video) to train machine learning models. This role requires an analytical thinker who can strictly enforce client policies and community guidelines while consistently meeting critical quality and productivity metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Review & Labeling: Review, classify, and annotate multi-format content (text, image, video) with high accuracy to build high-quality machine learning training datasets.
- Policy Enforcement: Maintain strict adherence to client policies, community guidelines, and regional cultural contexts to make sound, high-volume compliance decisions.
- Metrics & Trend Analysis: Identify patterns and trends across workflows while consistently hitting target operational metrics (TAT, AHT, productivity, and occupancy).
- Escalation & Collaboration: Actively collaborate with team members and promptly escalate operational, technical, or compliance issues that impact delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Background in content moderation, data labeling, customer service, or high-volume platform operations (Level 3 competencies in goal orientation and customer service).
- Technical Savvy: Practical knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), search engines (Google, Bing), and standard Microsoft applications.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a minimum score of B2 or higher on the Rosetta Stone scale.
- Cognitive Skills: Level 3 analytical thinking, structural problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Highly adaptable to continuous operational changes and willing to work in cyclical, shifting schedules.
Role 2: GenAI Data & Annotation Specialist (PDO GenAI)
Job Summary: The GenAI Data & Annotation Specialist focuses on human-in-the-loop AI workflows by generating, evaluating, and refining outputs for Generative AI models. This role demands exceptional critical thinking, high-level writing skills, and cognitive resilience to make complex judgment calls where instructions are ambiguous or no single right answer exists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prompt Execution & Iteration: Execute multi-step GenAI tasks (classify → reason → respond) and perform iterative probing to continuously refine and improve AI outputs.
- Output Evaluation & Fact-Checking: Conduct deep research and rigorous fact-checking to evaluate GenAI outputs for correctness, safety, relevance, and edge-case hallucinations.
- Dataset Writing & Labeling: Produce creative and structured rubric-based writing to serve as gold-standard AI training datasets, applying consistent labeling taxonomies across large volumes of data.
- Instructional Communication: Translate complex algorithmic or data tasks into clear, executable steps for shared GenAI pipelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Proven experience in creative/technical writing, AI training, editing, or advanced research operations.
- Language Excellence: Exceptional reading comprehension and an advanced C1 level of written English proficiency.
