Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in email-based customer service or customer support.
- Strong written English skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
- Above-average verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume email support environment.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail or direct-to-consumer customer service is an advantage.
- Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Freshdesk or Zendesk is preferred.
