Key Responsibilities

Assist patients and clients by providing accurate information regarding statements, billing concerns, and payment procedures.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.

Professionally address and resolve customer concerns and complaints.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business operations and team objectives.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience handling Dental Accounts

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented and customer-focused

Willing to work in a Hybrid Setup based in Mandaluyong City
