In this full-time, non-voice role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are resolved efficiently and effectively. What you'll be doing

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and other digital channels

Provide accurate and timely information to customers

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in an e-commerce or digital environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Proficiency in using computer systems and digital platforms

Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
