Account type: Airline / Travel
Attend to customers concerns related to booking, scheduling, cancelling flights
Customer Service (Job Description)
Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat)
Resolves issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services
Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transactions, feedback, etc
Requirements
No BPO experience and fresh grads can apply!
Preferably With at least 6 months of international airline account experience in a BPO setup
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Amenable to work in rotating shifts
Can work in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
