CSR - Fleet Specialist (w/ dispatch, travel or logistics exp)

Role Description You are responsible for efficiently managing the dedicated fleet, ensuring that vehicles are dispatched appropriately to meet the demand within the specified business districts and timeframes.

Qualifications

• Transportation, travel or logistics background with strong dispatching experience is a plus.

• No active corrective actions for the last 3-6 months.

• Exemplary performance on quality and productivity.

• Absenteeism should be <5% in the last 3 months.

• Must have an average of 3.5 KPI and above for the last 6 months.
