Job Description
We are seeking Financial Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with account inquiries, billing concerns, and transaction-related requests while ensuring accurate information and quality service at all times.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide guidance on financial accounts, payments, and billing concerns
- Assist with account updates and transaction-related processes
- Accurately document all customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards
Schedule & Training
- Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
- Paid training on financial systems and company processes
Requirements
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
- Good English communication skills
- Customer-focused with attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- No experience required (Freshers are welcome)
