Key Responsibilities
- File Management: Execute daily file administration tasks, including the secure downloading, routing, and transmittal of production files.
- Client Support: Act as the initial point of contact for basic client concerns and requests, providing timely, professional, and accurate resolutions via phone and email.
- Operational Support: Handle scheduling tasks and assist with cross-departmental coordination to keep production timelines on track.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience: Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or client-facing role is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable operating standard office and communication equipment.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic client issues independently and escalate when necessary.
