Customer Service Representative/Agent (logistics)

Location: Upper McKinley (opp. Venice Grand Mall), BGC, Taguig

Requirements:

  • CSR-BPO experience
  • Customer-first mindset, strong communication and coordination skills
  • English proficiency
  • Willing to work in Upper McKinley (opp. Venice Grand Mall), BGC, Taguig, on night shift and shifting/flexible schedules
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Proficient in computer operating systems and Office software.
  • At least High School or College Level
  • Can start immediately

Other Information:

  • Hiring Process: 1-day Hiring process . Only 2 virtual/online interviews (usually between 2pm-10pm)
  • Office-Based. Location: Upper McKinley (opp. Venice Grand Mall), BGC, Taguig
  • Night Shift with flexible scheduling. options to accommodate US time zones (usually between 10PM-6AM)
  • Flexible to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday), Holidays
  • Competitive Salary + P2000 monthly allowances
  • HMO upon regularization
