Customer Service Representative/Agent (logistics)
Location: Upper McKinley (opp. Venice Grand Mall), BGC, Taguig
Requirements:
- CSR-BPO experience
- Customer-first mindset, strong communication and coordination skills
- English proficiency
- Willing to work in Upper McKinley (opp. Venice Grand Mall), BGC, Taguig, on night shift and shifting/flexible schedules
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Proficient in computer operating systems and Office software.
- At least High School or College Level
- Can start immediately

- Hiring Process: 1-day Hiring process . Only 2 virtual/online interviews (usually between 2pm-10pm)
- Office-Based. Location: Upper McKinley (opp. Venice Grand Mall), BGC, Taguig
- Night Shift with flexible scheduling. options to accommodate US time zones (usually between 10PM-6AM)
- Flexible to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday), Holidays
