We need experienced CSR/Call Center Agents for work on-site (Clark Freeport Zone Pampanga)
Job Description
General Duties
Receive inbound work by various methods (phone, email, electronic) and process to ensure jobs are accurately and efficiently booked
Receive inbound questions about products and provide accurate information and where possible convert to a booking
Place outbound follow-up calls to customers to confirm booking details
Complete administration (such as Posting Invoices) as per relevant policy/procedure
Complete other duties as directed by the Call Center Manager
Sales
Place outbound calls to previous customers to speak about product/sales options
Identify up-sell opportunities and close sales whilst speaking with customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
With at least 1-2 years of customer service experience
Previous experience in the automotive windscreen/tinting industry
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills and experience delivering strong customer service via e-mail and phone
Demonstrated experience handling a variety of customer service issues
Ability to meet targets
With Basic Microsoft Excel experience
Fast typing speed
Computer Savvy
Team player who can work with a variety of people throughout the company
Willingness to learn
Ability to take initiative
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Willing to work on-site Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
