Caldwell Communications is hiring Chat Support Representatives in Cebu City.

This is a non-voice role where you will assist customers through online chat, answer inquiries, and help resolve account or service concerns.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
• Good written and verbal English skills
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Good attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Able to multitask and use multiple systems
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
  
  

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through online chat
• Answer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Resolve account and service concerns
• Process customer requests and updates
• Handle multiple chats when required
• Document customer interactions
• Escalate complex concerns when needed
• Follow account and customer service procedures
• Meet quality, productivity, and response time goals
  
  

Training & Career Growth

Paid training will be provided from Day 1. You will learn the account, systems, chat support processes, and customer service procedures.

With experience and good performance, you may have opportunities in **Quality Assurance, Training, Workforce Management, Team Leadership, or Operations.
