CSR Cantonese and Vietnamese Bilingual Speakers (On-site)

As a CSR Cantonese and Vietnamese Bilingual Speaker for Healthcare account, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our diverse range of clients, a leading provider of call center and customer support solutions. This full-time, on-site position is based in Eastwood, Quezon City, Metro Manila, where you will leverage your language skills and customer service expertise to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive brand experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Answering inbound calls from customers and clients, providing timely and effective support
• Listening to customer needs, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and escalating feedback to management
• Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously improve processes
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Fluency in Cantonese and Vietnamese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong communication skills in the specified language
• At least 1 year experience in Healthcare account
• Willingness to work on-site in Eastwood City
• Flexibility to work on a night shift schedule
• Willing to work on a pure on-site set up
• Fixed weekends off
• Can start on May 5, 2025
