Role Summary

The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will ensure every customer receives excellent service through clear communication and effective problem resolution.

What You Will Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
