Job Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with online orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Handle product inquiries and shipping concerns
  • Process refunds, replacements, and order cancellations
  • Track and update delivery status

Qualifications

  • College Graduate with 1 TO 3months BPO experience
  • 1st Year College Undergraduate with 1 year BPO experience
  • Proven experience in account management, sales or pitching, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
