Position Summary
We're hiring a self-motivated Project Manager to manage projects related to Deployments services for NCR in Australia.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. You will enjoy working with other professionals who believe in creating innovative solutions to problems.
The position reports into the Deployments Program Manager – Australia
Key Areas Of Responsibilities
The candidate should have a background in business skills, management and analysis. He / She is expected to be a seasoned project management professional, with excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks, having to coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
Resource availability & allocations are part of PM deliverables. He / she will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's execution, timeline and revenue, while being a team player with a problem-solving aptitude.
Specific Functions Include
- Preparing a detailed project plan with multiple functions to schedule key project metrics, milestones, workstreams & activities.
- Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
- Tracking projects with available tools and providing regular reports on project status to project teams and key stakeholders.
- Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, cost and / or schedule.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
- Manage third party vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverable.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation repository.
- Apply analysis and independent judgment to both routine and non-routine information and escalated whenever required.
- Measure project performance for optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach wherever necessary.
- Forecast and achieve monthly and quarterly project revenue.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years working experience. Experience in Banking Industry preferred
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP / PRINCE II / ITIL certification is a plus
