We're Hiring: Junior Web3 Researcher (Chinese-Speaking, Crypto & OSINT)

Are you passionate about the world of Web3 and eager to dive deep into the rapidly evolving landscape of blockchain, compliance, and security We are looking for a Junior Web3 Researcher, fluent in Mandarin Chinese, to join our team.

About the Role: As a Web3 Researcher, you will be at the forefront of researching, investigating, and writing about the latest trends and challenges in the Web3 ecosystem. You'll play a key role in exploring compliance, security, and incidents within the blockchain and decentralized technology space, with a particular focus on Chinese-language sources and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research on Web3 technologies, trends, and developments.
Investigate and analyze compliance, security issues, and incidents related to blockchain, using OSINT (open-source intelligence) methods.
Monitor and research Chinese-language platforms and apps (WeChat, Weibo, Chinese crypto forums, Telegram groups, etc.) for relevant developments, actors, and incidents.
Write insightful and engaging articles, reports, and whitepapers in English based on findings from both English and Chinese-language sources.
Collaborate with senior researchers and team members to support ongoing projects.
Stay updated on the latest industry news and regulatory changes in both global and Chinese-speaking crypto markets.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (reading) and English.
Comfortable navigating and researching within Chinese native apps and platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Chinese-language forums, etc.).
Strong interest and understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and Web3 technologies.
Excellent research and analytical (OSINT) skills, with attention to detail and source verification.
Ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured articles in English.
Basic knowledge of compliance and security within the blockchain space is a plus.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
