Job Description

This role is part of our industry specific, cruise and tourism team and a key part of our national fresh produce business. The role undertakes a broad range of administrative and system management duties, supporting the cruise leadership team and our customers, ensuring we receive, respond and resolve all requirements in a professional and timely manner to these complex international customers.

The role is administrative and does not require direct conversation with the customer albeit this may evolve over time

Core Responsibilities

Primary Cruise Administration Management: General administrative oversight of cruise email in box and with the resolution or redirection of work as appropriate

Supplier order placement: Place, confirm and manage orders to be placed with selected suppliers

Process Incoming Orders: receiving customer orders by email or other means and inputting into business Fresh platform.

Activity Calander Management: Create/Update seasonal calendars for all deliveries.

Track, Record, monitor customer orders: providing regular updates to leadership team on the status of customer orders/forecast

Communicate with Cruise line teams: Manage the circulation of published information to customers including product availability/seasonality,

Manage On-line Portals; CTX, MXP, Oracle, RCG including data entry process or creation and update of orders in customer specific on-line portals

Pricing Maintenance: Assist in maintaining pricing data in Fresh platform for both individual orders/brands or seasonal pricing for local/international brands

Logistics: Place, confirm and manage bookings with logistics/freight providers to support delivery of Cruise orders.
