You're the trusted advisor to affluent, discerning travellers planning life-changing experiences. We provide you with warm, high-intent inbound leads—customers ready to invest in premium cruises. Your job is to guide them through a consultative, professional sales process and turn their travel dreams into booked itineraries.
This is sophisticated sales. You'll work with accomplished Canadians (typically 55+) who expect refined communication, deep product knowledge, and white-glove service. You'll handle the full sales cycle—from discovery to booking—while maintaining impeccable CRM records and ensuring every touchpoint reflects our luxury brand standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Client Engagement & Consultative Selling
- Engage with warm inbound leads and conduct discovery conversations to understand travel preferences, budgets, and expectations
- Present curated cruise options with clarity and sophistication, educating clients on itineraries, inclusions, pricing tiers, and value propositions
- Build immediate rapport and trust with high-net-worth clients who demand professionalism and personalized service
- Navigate multi-week nurture cycles, managing follow-ups strategically until conversion
Sales Execution
- Convert assigned leads into successful bookings within defined timelines
- Handle objections with grace, clarify client concerns, and guide them toward informed decisions
- Maintain flawless CRM records, accurate lead staging, and comprehensive interaction documentation
Pipeline Management
- Juggle 5–15+ simultaneous customer conversations throughout 1–4 week sales cycles
- Coordinate timely follow-ups, proactive next steps, and seamless client handoffs to tour operators post-sale
- Demonstrate consistency, clarity, and professionalism in every interaction
WHO YOU ARE
Core Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years in sales or client-facing roles (hospitality, real estate, financial services, or other consultative/high-ticket sales are ideal)
- Fluent English: spoken and written, clear neutral accent (B2–C1 CEFR level minimum)
- Proven track record managing high-net-worth clients—comfort and confidence with affluent, accomplished individuals
- Sales cycle mastery: You've handled multi-touch, multi-week deals and know how to nurture leads consistently
- Deep listening skills with a consultative mindset—you ask great questions and recommend solutions tailored to each client's unique needs
- Organized & detail-oriented: CRM proficiency, flawless record-keeping, and strong follow-up discipline
- Calm, confident, professional demeanor suited to mature, sophisticated clientele
- University degree or 2+ years of college preferred
Nice-to-Haves:
- Hospitality, travel, or cruise industry background
- Exposure to high-ticket or consultative sales environments
- Understanding of luxury customer expectations
