What You'll Do
Help customers book and manage their dream cruise vacations.
Assist with cruise itineraries, cabin selections, pricing, promotions, and reservation changes.
Guide travelers through booking policies, schedules, and travel requirements.
Deliver personalized service while ensuring every customer has a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.
Build customer confidence by providing accurate information and exceptional support.
Who Can Apply
High School or Senior High School Graduates are welcome.
Fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply.
No Call Center Experience Required.
Good English communication skills.
Willing to work onsite at Mall of Asia, Pasay.
