Crossdock Manager

Job description:

We are seeking a high-potentialCross-Dock Operations & Logistics Strategy Coordinatorto manage and improve the day-to-day performance of ourfour third-party ambient cross-dock operations.

Beyond daily execution, this role will also support thestrategic evolution of the company's logistics capabilitiesby evaluating thefuture state of supply chain operations, proposinginnovative logistics solutions, and helping craftscalable and efficient distribution modelsthat align with the company's aggressive growth plans.

Requirements:

Minimum35 years of experiencein supply chain, logistics, or cross-dock operations.

Direct hands-on experiencemanaging or coordinating third-party logistics (3PL) partners.

Familiarity withPhilippine retail and supermarket logisticsenvironment roads, regional constraints (Metro Manila), supplier base.

General requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

Advanced training or certification in Logistics, or Warehouse operations
