Job Description:
Owns the end-to-end data strategy, ensuring legacy banking data is cleansed, mapped, transformed, and migrated to new core banking platforms (Flexcube and Finastra GPP) with zero data loss. Involves defining the migration strategy, mapping & transformation rules, and orchestrating dry-runs and cutovers.
Requires 12+ years of experience in complex data migrations
