Manila Office | Full-time | CRM Training, Broker Enablement & System Adoption
Finsure Finance & Insurance is looking for a confident, engaging and technology-savvy CRM Training Specialist to join our Manila team.
This is a hands-on training role focuses on helping Finsure brokers and internal teams confidently use our proprietary aggregator CRM platform, Infynity / Metanoia. You will design and deliver practical, easy-to-follow CRM training, create user-friendly support resources and help brokers and staff build confidence in using Finsure's systems and processes.
The successful candidate will be friendly, patient and engaging, with excellent English communication skills and the ability to explain system functionality, process steps and technical information in a clear and practical way. You will also need to be comfortable working quickly, accurately and professionally in a fast-moving training and technology environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Design and deliver CRM training for newly onboarded Finsure brokers, existing brokers requiring refresher training and Finsure Academy brokers under mentorship.
- Facilitate live, virtual, one-on-one and group training sessions for brokers and staff across Manila, Australia and New Zealand.
- Help users understand CRM workflows, system navigation, data entry requirements, process steps and good system usage practices.
- Create and maintain practical training resources, including quick reference guides, FAQs, step-by-step guides, system walkthroughs, training packs and process notes.
- Support CRM upgrades, sprint deployments, system changes and new functionality releases from a training and user-readiness perspective.
- Gather feedback from brokers, staff and stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps, improve training content and escalate recurring user or system issues.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent English language capability, both written and verbal.
- Hands-on experience training others on CRM platforms or similar business systems.
- Strong technology capability, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and explain them clearly to others.
- Experience delivering training in live, virtual, one-on-one and group formats.
- Ability to create simple and practical training resources, including FAQs, walkthroughs, quick reference guides and step-by-step instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and follow defined processes.
- A friendly, bubbly and engaging communication style, balanced with patience, professionalism and a strong delivery focus.
- A positive can-do attitude and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a small, supportive team.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Exposure to financial services industry in Australia, particularly in lending, mortgages or broker support.
- Understanding of basic Australian mortgage concepts, broker workflows or loan application processes.
- Experience supporting offshore teams or Australian business operations.
- Experience supporting CRM rollouts, system adoption, system upgrades or technology change.
