We are looking for a CRM Specialist / Lead to manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and

optimization of retention campaigns across SMS, Viber, email, and push notifications.

This role is critical to improving player engagement, reactivation, and loyalty across both casino and

sportsbook verticals. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using Optimove to run multi-channel

lifecycle marketing - from segmentation and campaign orchestration to reporting and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Calendar & Strategy Plan and manage a unified CRM calendar across SMS, Viber,

email, and push - aligned with retention and product goals.

  • Cross-Channel Execution Build, launch, and monitor lifecycle campaigns using Optimove, with

SMS as the primary channel for communication.

  • Segmentation & Triggers Use Optimove to segment users based on behavior (e.g., VIPs, lapsing

bettors, high-converting players) and set up real-time and scheduled triggers.

  • Creative Collaboration Work with Creative and Product teams to craft engaging, personalized

content that's channel-appropriate and brand-aligned.

  • Performance Analysis Monitor delivery, engagement, opt-out rates, and conversion metrics

across all channels; provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

  • Compliance & Best Practices Ensure all communications meet PAGCOR, ASC, and telco

regulations (e.g., disclaimers, opt-out logic, frequency limits).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing for digital products (gaming, e-

commerce, or fintech preferred)

  • Must have hands-on experience using Optimove for campaign orchestration, segmentation,

trigger setup, and analytics

  • Familiarity with multi-channel CRM flows - especially SMS, followed by Viber, email, and push
  • Strong understanding of user lifecycle management, segmentation logic, and behavior-driven

marketing

  • Comfortable working with telco dashboards, SMS platforms, or CRM APIs
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with campaign insights and reporting

Salary Range: (Lead Position) : up to 80,000.00 based on skills and relevant experience.

Salary Range: (Specialist Position) : 50,000.00 60,000.00 based on skills and relevant experience.
