WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays | 9 hours inclusive of 1 hour Break from 8:00 AM 10:00 AM (Flexible Start Time) to 5:00 PM 7:00 PM (Flexible End Time)
WORK LOCATION: Quezon City
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing in a Gaming, E-Commerce, or Fintech Industry
- Proven hands-on experience running high-volume SMS campaigns and A/B tests
- Experience working with telco dashboards, SMS platforms, or CRM tools
- Deep knowledge of segmentation, player lifecycle triggers, and retention journeys
- Familiarity with omnichannel approaches: SMS + Viber + email or push
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with performance reporting
