Support Revenue Growth Through CRM and Lead Coordination

Sales growth depends on organized systems, responsive follow-ups, and accurate CRM execution. As a CRMSales Support Specialist, you'll help strengthen revenue operations by managing inbound leads, updating CRM records, supporting client communications, and coordinating campaigns through HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B client servicing, account management, sales support, or sales administration
  • Hands-on experience maintaining CRM databases, managing sales pipelines, tracking client interactions, building contact lists, and supporting marketing campaigns across HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, and Mailchimp
  • Proven ability to manage inbound leads, client follow-ups, sales coordination, and pipeline updates
  • Experience maintaining contact records, creating deals, building lists, updating workflows, and ensuring CRM data accuracy
  • Strong document formatting skills using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides
  • Excellent written English, with the ability to proofread, format, and prepare professional sales documents and client communications
  • High attention to detail, with strong accuracy in CRM updates, reporting, document formatting, and process compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise independently, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Experience using B2B lead generation or data enrichment tools such as Firmable, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Ocean.io, or similar platforms is an advantage
  • Familiarity with ERP, SaaS vendor ecosystems, VAR models, or channel partner environments is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and sales support tools
  • Ability to work remotely while staying aligned with the Australia East Coast time zone
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain deals in HubSpot, log opportunities in Phoenix and the Wiise partner portal, and ensure accurate CRM data, clean pipeline records, and timely activity updates
  • Monitor the general enquiries inbox, route enquiries within 30 minutes, manage inbound sales calls, log interactions, and coordinate prompt follow-ups
  • Build and maintain targeted suspect and prospect lists using Firmable, Lusha, and other B2B data tools integrated with HubSpot
  • Allocate leads to SDRs and BDMs based on territory and volume rules, and process intent leads according to established workflows
  • Provide day-to-day HubSpot support to the Marketing Manager and sales team, including Sales Hub assets, email sequences, workflows, templates, and Marketing Hub campaign execution
  • Update, format, and maintain sales collateral, business cases, proposals, presentation decks, vendor materials, pricing, and messaging
  • Support BDMs, the Managing Director, and the broader sales team with document formatting, sales administration, and ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Prepare and distribute client newsletters using Mailchimp or HubSpot, including formatting, scheduling, list management, and campaign support
  • Perform sales administration tasks such as contract processing, quoting, order management, reporting, and analytics
  • Support customer success administration, including onboarding assistance, renewal tracking, and customer health reporting
