Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in CRM Project Management roles
  • Certification required (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum/Agile, or equivalents)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and implementation methodologies

  • Project Management – planning, budgeting, resource allocation
  • CRM Technical Expertise – Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot
  • Data & Analytics – customer insights, reporting, performance tracking
  • Leadership & Communication – stakeholder management, team coordination
  • Problem-Solving – risk management, issue resolution
  • Customer-Centric Mindset – improving engagement
