Employment type: Agency Worker for 1 year

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Sales business processes within Salesforce.com.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions.
• Manage and prioritize the Salesforce product roadmap, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive user adoption, system governance, and overall Salesforce org health.
• Lead testing, deployment, and communication of new Salesforce functionalities and process changes.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including Agentforce capabilities, automation, and system integrations.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, global best practices, compliance requirements, and technology solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce, CRM, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Sales Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com and CRM business processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into solution designs.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting system enhancements, testing, releases, and change management activities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
