CRM Operations Specialist (Salesforce) – Part Time → Full Time Growth
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy
CRM Operations Specialist to help maintain, improve, and ensure compliance within our Salesforce system.
This role is critical to keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring our data is accurate, our team follows CRM processes, and our system continues to evolve as the company grows.
This position will begin
part-time (20–30 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a
full-time operations role as the company expands.

- Monitoring process and policy compliance across teams
- Reviewing call logs and ensuring workflow adherence
- Identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending improvements

This position is remote in the Philippines.
Compensation: $8 - $15 per hour DOE
