CRM Marketing Specialist (Email & Campaign Execution)
We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Marketing Specialist to execute and manage email marketing campaigns within our CRM platform. This role focuses on building campaigns, managing audience segments, configuring automated flows, and ensuring accurate and timely deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and schedule email campaigns within the CRM platform
- Set up and manage automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, and promotional campaigns)
- Create and manage audience segments
- Configure campaign settings, including tracking parameters, personalization tags, send times, and A/B testing
- Perform quality assurance checks before deployment (links, formatting, personalization, and functionality)
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of all campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analysis
- Troubleshoot basic CRM setup, formatting, or configuration issues
- Provide occasional Canva design support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaign accuracy and alignment with objectives
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 23 years experience in CRM marketing, email marketing, or campaign execution
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow campaign briefs accurately
- Experience in audience segmentation and campaign scheduling
- Basic understanding of email marketing best practices and performance metrics
- Familiarity with Canva or basic graphic editing tools is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
