Responsibilities
- Manage and clean CRM databases (data entry, organization, customization, setup)
- Provide backend technical support for CRM operations
- Build workflows to streamline customer relationship management
- Ensure all leads are contacted and properly tracked
- Assist with administrative tasks such as checking emails and contacting clients
- Monitor communication channels and groups that need attention
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for contacting leads, clients, and team members
- Experience managing customer pipelines and ensuring follow-ups are completed
- Able to multitask between admin, personal assistant, and CRM tasks
- Expert in HubSpot, Beans AI and Population Explorer
