Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and clean CRM databases (data entry, organization, customization, setup)
  • Provide backend technical support for CRM operations
  • Build workflows to streamline customer relationship management
  • Ensure all leads are contacted and properly tracked
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as checking emails and contacting clients
  • Monitor communication channels and groups that need attention

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills for contacting leads, clients, and team members
  • Experience managing customer pipelines and ensuring follow-ups are completed
  • Able to multitask between admin, personal assistant, and CRM tasks
  • Expert in HubSpot, Beans AI and Population Explorer
