About The Job

The CRM Lifecycle Manager will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role involves managing the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, and ensuring a seamless and personalized customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and data.
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM and customer lifecycle management.

What You Need To Have

  • Minimum 5 years experience in analytical role
  • Minimum 1 years experience as team leader
  • Experience working with online products
  • Coding knowledge regardless language
  • Design Thinking
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Analytical mind and well organized and can be trusted to pay attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with senior management
