CRM Implementation Specialist (HubSpot)

We are hiring a CRM Implementation Specialist (HubSpot) for a private equity company in the software industry. This is a full-time remote role for a US-based company. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CRM implementations and migrations from legacy systems to HubSpot.
- Configure HubSpot based on funnel definitions and KPI tracking requirements.
- Build automated workflows, lead scoring, and sales process automation.
- Maintain data quality and validation rules.
- Build integrations with Aircall, Clay, Apollo, and Lob.
- Create custom reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support ongoing maintenance.

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HubSpot administration experience.
- CRM migration and system integration expertise.
- API integration and automation workflow proficiency.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration with founders/executives.

Preferred Qualifications:
- HubSpot certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Zoho.

- US Eastern Time hours (9 AM to 6 PM EST)
