CRM Developer

Job Mandate

Develop detailed designs and application solutions, including the necessary code and configurations, for assigned IT applications or platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Map user requirements to effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, plugins, and reports.
• Develop application code in accordance with agreed functional designs, technical designs, methodologies, and coding standards.
• Develop configurations and scripts for package deployment based on approved functional and technical designs, methodologies, and standards.
• Integrate existing systems and services into the Dynamics 365 CRM architecture.
• Conduct Unit Testing (UT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) for new software applications.
• Create and maintain system documentation, operational documentation, and user guides.
• Report project progress, risks, and issues to the Delivery Manager in a timely manner.
• Prepare deployment packages, configuration files, deployment scripts, and installation guides for all environments.
• Provide production support and resolve issues when necessary.

Technical Competencies

• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, and integration.
• Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems and services using APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management, deployment processes, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and Azure services supporting Dynamics 365 solutions.
