Your Role:
- Account Verification – New Accounts (Ongoing)
Trigger
Accounts Automatically Created In Salesforce From:
Website and web enquiry submissions
Marketing Cloud forms (including ioGAS)
Responsibilities
Review newly created Accounts generated by automation
Verify and complete required account details where missing or inconsistent
Apply agreed naming and data standards
Identify and resolve obvious duplication issues
Escalate ambiguous cases where account ownership, structure, or legitimacy is unclear
Outcome
Clean, verified Accounts available for sales activity
Reduced downstream data correction and rework
- Account Verification – Legacy / Incomplete Accounts (Ongoing)
Trigger
Accounts not fully resolved during the initial Salesforce org clean
Accounts Flagged Via:
Sales interaction
Integration exceptions
Data quality reviews
Responsibilities
Perform continual clean-up and verification of identified accounts
Resolve:
Duplicate records
Incomplete or outdated information
Misclassification (e.g. customer vs prospect)
Maintain consistency with current data governance standards
Outcome
Progressive reduction of legacy data risk
Sustained data quality over time
- Compliance Checks – Dow Jones / RiskCenter
Trigger
Creation of new Accounts
Account updates requiring compliance validation
Responsibilities
Perform Dow Jones / RiskCenter checks on all Accounts
Record outcomes in Salesforce in line with the agreed compliance process
Ensure checks are completed before commercial progression where required
Prioritisation
IoGAS Accounts Are Prioritised Due To:
Software licensing dependency
Global scale and regulatory exposure
Outcome
Compliance embedded as a standard operational control
Sales teams removed from compliance administration
Optional / Conditional Responsibility
- Payment Confirmation Update – Software Purchases (Fallback Only)
This responsibility is explicitly optional and only applies if automated payment confirmation via Kafka or Snowflake/Data Cloud is not available.
Trigger
Daily Pronto report confirming cleared payments for software purchases
Scope
Applicable to software products only (e.g. ioGAS)
Offshore role receives an authoritative, system-generated Pronto report
The role acts as a system proxy, not a decision-maker
Responsibilities
Review daily Pronto payment-cleared report
Identify corresponding records in Salesforce
Update The Designated Payment Cleared Indicator Where:
Record matching is clear
Payment status is unambiguous
Escalate where payment cannot be confidently matched to a Salesforce record
Restrictions
The Role Does Not:
Confirm or interpret payments
Issue licences or entitlements
Communicate with customers
Change opportunity stages, pricing, or commercial terms
Outcome
Salesforce accurately reflects payment-cleared status
Sales can proceed with licence issuance without handling payment confirmation
Controlled, auditable fallback while automation is completed
Design Intent
This is an interim, time-boxed operational control
